Nar-Phu valley was closed for trekkers until 2002, so only few trekkers have explored this classic unexplored villages and mighty massifs surrounding it. The valley is inhabited by roughly 350 ethnic Tibetan people who have retained their old age practices; coupled with high peaks and passes, glaciers, remote villages, narrow canyons, deep forests, Gompas and unique Himalayan culture.
Starting our trek from Kathmandu to Bhulbhule, we trek through the Himalayan foothills encircling the eastern end of the Annapurna ranges before they arrive at Qupar, a police check post half an hour before Chame, Manang’s district headquarters. This is where the ‘Remote Nar Phu’ and the ‘Lost Worlds of Manaslu and Nar Phu’ treks meet. The end of the road leads to Manang, often camp at Dharamshala, a primitive hut built by the people of two villagers. To add to the beauty of this unexplored land, trail manages to amaze you with panorama of Annapurna massif, Lamjung Himal, Machhapuchhre Himal, Manaslu Himal, Dhaulagiri range and Tilicho peak.

Day 01.Arrival in kathmandu 1334m, transfer to hotel , Nar-Phu valley trekking briefing with officially arrangements. overnight at Katmandu..
Day 02. Kathmandu: Free day, preparation day for the trek.
Day 03. Kathmandu– Khudi – Bhulbhule (800m), 7/8hrs in bus and 30min of walk & O/N at camp or lodge.
Day 04. Bhulbhule Trek to Jagat (1300m) 6/7hrs walking & O/N at camp or lodge.
Day 05. Jagat Trek to Dharapani (1900m) 6/7hrs walking & O/N at camp or lodge.
Day 06. Dharapani Trek to Koto (2600m) 5/6hrs walking & O/N at camp or lodge.
Day 07. Koto Trek to Dharamsala (3210m) 5/6hrs walking, O/N at camp.
Day 08. Dharamsala Trek to Kyang (3840m) 5/6hrs walking, O/N at camp.
Day 09. Kyang Trek to Phu Gaon (4078m) 3/4hrs walking, O/N at camp.
Day 10. Phu Gaon trek to Nargaon (4160m) 7/8hrs walking, O/N at camp.
Day 11. Naar Gaon Trek to Kangla Phedi (4546m) 3/4hrs walking, O/N at camp.
Day 12. Kang La Phedi Trek to Kangla pass (5350m)- Ngawal (3650m), 6/7hrs walking, O/N at camp.
Day 13. Ngawal trek to Manang (3540m) 3hrs walking, O/N at lodge.
Day 14. Manang Rest day.During this day you can hike up to Ice lake or Tea shop near by Gangapurna base camp from where you will see panoramic Himalayan scenery including Mt.Manaslu, Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Annapurna IV, Gangapurna, Pisang peak, Thorung peak, Peak 38 etc and overnight at manang village.
Day 15. Manang trek to Yak kharka (4210m)
Day 16. Yak kharka to Thorung phedi (4640m)/ Thorung High camp (4800m)
Day 17. Thorung phedi (4640m)/ Thorung High camp (4800m) via Thorung La pass(5416m) to Muktinath.(3802m)
Day 18. In the morning Muktinath Temple excursion and overnight at Kagbeni (2840m)
Day 19. Kagbeni Trek to Jomsom (2700m) 3h30 (approx) of walk O/N lodge.
Day 20. Jomsom - Pokhara, by plane and O\N in hotel.
Day 21. Pokhara to Katmandu by Tourist bus/Flight
Day 22. After breakfast, our tour guide will take to for historical monuments sightseing in kathmandu valley such as Pasupatinath, Boudhhanath, Kathmandu durbar square and Monkey temple (swyambhunath) and in the evening farewell dinner in Restaurant, overnight at kathmandu in Hotel.
Day 23. After breakfast, Relaxing/shopping with own activities than drop to Kathmandu international airport for your own destination.
